All listed skeins are ready-to-ship. In case the base is sold out, all established colorways are dyed-to-order. Once you place your order, I will dye yarn in one dye lot, so to avoiding strong color variations. Subtle color variations are always present, even in the small, unique dye lots. Therefore, it is recommended to alternate two or three yarn skeins at a time when knitting bigger projects.
Bear in mind that different yarn bases differently take up color: merino singles are usually used as a reference. Silky yarn gives a certain shine to the colorway, whereas linen, alpaca or mohair attenuate the color and make it more "distressed', giving it a used, grungy look.
